Towns

Lexington Colonial-era houses with modern kitchens added behind them. The appliances are current; the electrical and the ventilation they were fitted into are frequently not.
Needham Steady renovation town — most kitchens here have been redone once in the last twenty years, which puts a lot of built-in refrigeration at the age where the defrost circuit is the first thing to go.
Wellesley Full high-end suites are the norm, and wine storage is common enough that we treat it as a standard call rather than a speciality one.
Weston The largest kitchens we work in, frequently with two refrigeration units in one room — a main built-in plus undercounter or column storage elsewhere in the space.
Wayland Older houses with kitchens extended into what were once porches or garages. Those extensions are where ventilation clearance tends to have been compromised.
Concord Historic housing stock with strict constraints on what can be altered, so appliances are frequently fitted into openings that cannot be enlarged. Repair is often the only practical route.
Waltham A genuine mix — dense older neighbourhoods near the centre and larger properties out towards Weston, with an appliance range to match.
Framingham Broad housing stock and a lot of kitchens renovated in stages rather than all at once, which means appliances of quite different ages sitting side by side.
Natick Suburban single families with straightforward installations. Access is rarely the problem here, which makes for shorter and cheaper visits.
Sudbury Larger lots, larger kitchens, and enough distance from the coast that corrosion is not a factor the way it is on the North Shore.
Dover Low density and large houses, with high-end suites and frequently a second kitchen or a bar with its own undercounter refrigeration.
Acton Newer suburban stock at the western edge of our range. Appliances tend to be recent, so the calls skew towards controls and electronics rather than sealed systems.
