What this site collects

This site has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up and no account system, so there is nothing here that asks you for personal information. If you call us or use the booking page, you give us what is needed to arrange a visit — a name, an address, a phone number and a description of the appliance.

What we do with it

We use it to arrange and carry out the repair, and to contact you about that repair. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone for marketing.

The booking page

Bookings are handled on an external page at nexfield.pro. Once you follow that link you are on a system operated separately from this site, and what it collects is governed by its own terms.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. Standard web server logs record requests, which is ordinary infrastructure operation rather than profiling.

Getting in touch about your information

Call (617) 300-0906 and ask. If you want a record we hold removed, say so and we will remove it, subject to anything we are required to retain for tax or warranty reasons.
