How this one fails

The undercounter units are the ones we are called to most, usually for a condenser that has been running in a sealed cabinet run with no clearance. Ventilation is the thing to get right on this brand, and it is usually an installation decision rather than a fault.

Hollow cubes that fell apart in your hand. Apparently that means the fill is short of what the cycle expects. Inlet valve was partly blocked. He also spotted the supply line was kinked behind the unit and straightened it while he was there.

Every few days there was a puddle sitting beneath the vegetable bins. The drain channel at the rear wall had silted up. He flushed it through, then pointed out exactly where it sits so I can keep an eye on it. Sensible rather than salesy.
