Service Agreement
By scheduling a service appointment with Sub-Zero Repair Boston, you agree to these terms and conditions. We provide appliance repair services for residential customers in the Greater Boston area.
Service Call Fee
A service call fee of $95 applies to all appointments. This fee covers the diagnostic visit and is waived when you proceed with the repair. If you decline the repair, the service call fee is due at the time of service.
Warranty
All repairs performed by Sub-Zero Repair Boston include a 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty. This warranty covers both parts and labor for the specific repair performed. The warranty does not cover unrelated issues or damage caused by misuse.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For repairs requiring parts to be ordered, a deposit may be required.
Liability
Sub-Zero Repair Boston is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to our repair work.
